The Outside Foundation is hiring a creative, self-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead our storytelling and digital presence.
 

This is a small-hours, big-impact role—perfect for a strong creative who wants meaningful work and real ownership.


What You’ll Do

- Create engaging brand content (graphics, messaging, storytelling)
- Manage website updates, event calendar, and social presence
- Build and send monthly email newsletters and announcements
- Support media outreach and promotional materials
- Assist with Annual Report and major storytelling initiatives
- Keep digital tools organized (Canva, WIX, Google Drive)

Requirements

  What We’re Looking For

- Strong creative and communication skills (visual + written)
- Self-starter who can take ownership and execute independently
- Experience with Canva, WIX, email platforms, and social media
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Passion for community, environment, and purpose-driven work

Salary Description
$40 - $65 per hour
