The Role You’ll Play

As a Clinical Therapy Intern, you will be an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing therapy services that help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward their goals. Under supervision, you’ll gain experience delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy while developing your professional identity as a clinician.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy services to individuals, families, and groups
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders under supervision
• Develop and maintain person-centered treatment plans
• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment and documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, natural supports, and community providers
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions
• Participate in agency trainings and certification programs
• Provide psychoeducational services as assigned
• Maintain continuing education and professional development
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned Intern  

Work Environment

Interns work with youth and adults ages 5 and up. The role involves direct client contact, clinical documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Some travel and flexible scheduling may be required. Intern
