Classroom Support Specialist
Be the extra hands and heart in our classrooms, helping every child to thrive in a fun, inclusive environment.
- Infant/Toddler or Preschool CDA Credential
- Gateways ECE Level 2 and/or Infant Toddler Level 2
- Paraprofessional license
- At least 1 year of early childhood classroom experience
Intervention Support Paraprofessional
Champion kids with unique needs, making sure every child feels seen, supported, and ready to learn.
- High school diploma and CDA credential
- Gateways ECE Level 1
- Paraprofessional license
- Experience with children ages 0–5 who have special needs, trauma, or significant behaviors
Early Head Start / Prevention Initiative Teacher
Spark curiosity and growth for little learners ages 0–3 as the leader of a nurturing and engaging classroom.
- Associate's degree in early childhood education
- Gateways Infant/Toddler Level 4
Doula Supervisor
Lead a team that empowers new families, guiding doulas to deliver life-changing prenatal and postpartum support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Birth doula training with DONA or equivalent
- Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and the Parents as Teachers model
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Family Health Advocate (Bilingual Cantonese or Spanish)
Be the trusted go-to for families, providing support and building strong connections in your community.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR
- Associate’s degree in a related field plus at least 1 year of experience, OR
- No degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in social services or early childhood education
- Family Specialist credential required within 18 months of hire (if applicable)
- Bilingual ability (Cantonese or Spanish)
- Reliable transportation
Social Emotional Specialist
Bring your expertise to our team and help every child - and staff member - shine emotionally and mentally.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field
- LSW or LPC license (minimum)
- Professional experience supporting young children’s social-emotional development
- 3 to 5 years of early childhood experience
Teacher Assistant
Jump into the action and make a difference every day by supporting teachers and kids in the classroom.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, OR
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in another field with at least 30 college semester credits in early childhood education, OR
- Minimum of 30 college semester credits with at least 15 in early childhood education and an Infant/Toddler CDA
Head Start/Early Head Start Teacher Float
Be the flexible force that keeps our classrooms running smoothly, stepping in wherever you’re needed most.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or in a related field with at least 30 hours in ECE
- Gateways ECE Level 4 and Infant/Toddler Level 4 within 1 year of hire
- Paraprofessional license within 6 months of hire
