The Line Supervisor is responsible for training, supervision of all team members to ensure production goals, quality targets and the customer needs are met. The Line Supervisor will be charged with regularly reporting on the team’s progress, maintaining timecards daily, communicating with management and employees, ensuring processes are followed, and production goals are met.

The position: We are looking for a Line Supervisor on Day Shift. They ensure that all safety and company rules are being followed, track absenteeism, submit payroll for their direct reports and work with other departments on defects, deviations, process errors. The Line Supervisor will be the onsite trainer for new hires and supplemental training for existing operators.

Experience:
- Experience in production preferred
- Experience in leadership role preferred
- High School Diploma or GED.
Our expectations:
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- You have worked in a production environment for a total of 2 years at least and you preferably have been in a leadership role for at least one year throughout your career already.
- You have excellent attendance records and zero safety incidents.
- You don't mind being on your feet for the duration of your shift lifting parts up to a weight of 50 pounds.
