We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various equipment, assisting in manufacturing tasks, and supporting maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate grinding machines to shape and finish parts according to specifications

- Use wire brushes to clean and prepare parts for further processing

- Move materials and supplies efficiently within the production area

- Assist in the manufacturing of parts, supporting the production team as needed

- Clean parts to maintain quality standards and prepare them for assembly or finishing

- Perform non-production painting tasks to meet project requirements

- Support maintenance activities by assisting with routine tasks and repairs

- Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience with grinding and wire brushing equipment is preferred

- Ability to operate basic manufacturing tools and machinery safely

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Good physical stamina and ability to move materials and supplies

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks as needed
