Summary:
The Barista is responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to members and guests in a welcoming, polished country club environment. This role focuses on quality preparation, friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organized café or bar area while upholding the club’s service standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
- Operate coffee equipment, POS systems, and handle cash or member charges accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with light food preparation or service items as assigned
- Support special events, tournaments, or peak service periods as needed
- Uphold the club’s professional appearance and service expectations at all times
- Other assigned duties
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) years in food service
- Riverside County food handler's card required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service driven
- Riverside County Food Handlers’ Card required
Availability:
Regular business hours and after regular business hours, as necessary.
