What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly:

• Process Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable invoicing 
• Post and manage freight bills (FedEx, UPS, R&L Carriers) 
• Process customer payments (checks, credit cards, ACH/EFT) 
• Assist with A/P processing (including drop shipments) 
• Respond to customer account inquiries and invoice requests 
• Handle incoming mail and administrative tasks 
• Support backup A/P invoicing as needed 
• Assist with minor collections (written and verbal communication) 
• Take on additional projects from the Accounting Manager

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Solid Excel and data entry skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented 
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics is a plus) 

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 
• Accounting Experience is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of office or clerical experience

• Ability to work in an office/cubicle environment 
• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform standard office movements (standing, sitting, bending, etc.)
