THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Store Support Associate who will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of daily shop operations. This individual will support behind-the-scenes activities that ensure the store environment is well-maintained, organized, and operating seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners. Through strong operational support and facility oversight, the Store Support Associate will help create a well-functioning environment that enables the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Initial Responsibilities:

  • Support omnichannel initiatives, including but not limited to web order fulfillment
  • Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product
  • Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom by ensuring the sales floor consistently meets merchandising standards.
  • Responsible for all shipping and receiving operations, including proactively resolving any related issues
  • Assist with supply stock/ordering for multiple store locations other than NYC
  • Facilitate monthly inventory
  • Prepare garments for stylist fittings and pickups, ensuring all pieces are clean, steamed, and presentation-ready
  • Manage the alterations rack by checking in garments for processing and checking out completed items, ensuring organization by client
  • Manage and order all necessary showroom supplies
  • Assist with receiving new ready-to-wear inventory and efficiently merchandising garments on the sales floor for each drop

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of stockroom experience
  • Strong eye for detail & organizational skills
  • Independent decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage and work to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and verbal
  • Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
  • The ability to get along with diverse personalities
