About the Role:
The IT Clinical Systems Integrator is responsible for the technical integration, configuration, and ongoing support of clinical technology systems across the organization. This is a hands-on role focused on system integrations, data flow management, and ensuring interoperability between Practice Management Systems (PMS), imaging platforms, and third-party clinical applications.
This role is critical to the success of practice acquisitions, system conversions, upgrades, and daily clinical operations, working cross-functionally with Clinical Systems, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and practice teams.

Up to 50% travel
What You'll Do
System Integration & Implementation
- Lead hands-on integration of clinical systems, including PMS, imaging, and third-party applications
- Configure and support interfaces, APIs, and data exchange processes
- Ensure seamless interoperability between systems across supported practices
Acquisitions, Conversions & Upgrades
- Support technical onboarding of newly acquired practices
- Execute system migrations, data conversions, and go-live activities
- Assist with system upgrades and enhancements across the organization
Operational Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system-related issues
- Monitor data flows and system performance to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Partner with Service Desk and Clinical Systems teams to support end users
Collaboration & Vendor Management
- Work closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Clinical Systems) to ensure alignment and compliance
- Coordinate with external vendors on integrations, issue resolution, and system improvements
- Communicate effectively with clinical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
- Experience working with Practice Management Systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data mapping
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in dental or healthcare environments
- Experience supporting imaging systems and third-party clinical applications
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple systems
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or multi-site environments is a plus
- Able to travel 50% of the time
