Description

At Orlando Palms Hotel, we believe a well-kept room is the foundation of a memorable stay. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant who takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for every guest.


What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms

• Replenishing amenities, towels, and linens with care and consistency

• Reporting maintenance issues or room damage promptly to engineering or management

• Ensuring carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized

• Following safety and sanitation protocols, including handling chemicals and linens properly

• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and room turns as needed

• Providing friendly, respectful service to guests and responding to requests with urgency

Requirements

What You Bring

•  Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel or healthcare setting ideal)

•  Strong attention to detail and time management skills

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•  Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods

•  Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

•  A positive attitude and pride in your work
