Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented undergraduate student to join our Human Resources team for a full-time summer internship. This is a substantive, project-based role designed to provide meaningful exposure to HR operations, systems management, and organizational effectiveness.
Over the course of the summer, you will contribute directly to initiatives that improve how our HR function operates, including redesigning internal platforms and supporting compliance processes, identifying automation opportunities, and exploring practical applications of AI in the workplace. This role is well-suited for a student with a strong interest in people operations, process improvement, and the evolving intersection of technology and HR.
Responsibilities will include things like:
- Research emerging AI tools relevant to HR and People Operations.
- Research, pilot, and implement automation tools (think: Power Automate, Zapier, or similar) to improve team efficiency.
- Build or refine organizational tools (trackers, dashboards, checklists) that keep the team on top of deadlines and requirements.
- Audit, reorganize, and redesign internal SharePoint sites to improve navigation, usability, and content organization.
- Assist with posting, managing job requisitions, and interviewing across internal and external job boards.
- Identify gaps in current documentation and recommend improvements.
- Participate in research and analysis of market trends and industry benchmarks.
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.

- Interest in HR, operations, or organizational effectiveness, with a strong commitment to learning and growth.
- Must be able to work in the office for the entirety of the 10-week program.
