Job Title: Cashier

Supervisor: Store Manager

Classification: PT or FT / Nonexempt

Position Objective: Provide excellent customer service and assist with retail tasks as needed.

Experience, Education, Requirements:

• Experience with a Point of Sale system 

• Good communication skills 

• Excellent personality

• Above average customer service skills 

• Exhibits excellent phone etiquette 

• Stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to remain calm and in control when facing difficult situations 

• Can follow the direction of Lead Cashier and Manager 

• Able to lift up to 15lbs

Summary of Responsibility – Illustrative, not all inclusive:

• Responsible for operations and transactions at the register

• Work directly with Lead Cashier to provide excellent customer service 

• Responsible for maintaining upkeep of Retail floor 

• Assist with merchandising the retail space

• Clean as needed

• Anticipate customer and coworkers’ needs

• Work shifts up to 8hrs

• Available to work every other Saturday as the team needs

• Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
