Pannos Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Executives to bring client projects to life—helping manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Account Executives to support client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Serve as a reliable backup point of contact for clients when needed
- Assist in developing estimates, timelines, budgets, proposals, and presentation materials
- Coordinate and track projects across creative, web, and media teams to keep everything moving forward
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable project plans—and help bring them to life
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively problem-solve to keep things on track
- Capture key takeaways from client meetings and prepare status updates
- Provide proofreading and quality control support across client deliverables
- Stay up to date on client industries, competitors, and marketing trends to contribute meaningful insights
- Support account growth by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with internal teams
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in an agency or marketing environment preferred
- Experience managing or supporting marketing projects is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
