Champion Healthcare Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Patient Specialist to support the processing and coordination of home patient orders. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order entry, timely scheduling, and professional communication with patients, nurses, dialysis partners, and shipping carriers while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
What You’ll Do
· Perform high-volume, accurate order entry for all home patient orders
· Track order status, shipments, and completion using spreadsheets
· Manage inbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
· Schedule orders to meet tight turnaround times
· Communicate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and healthcare teams
· Collaborate with dialysis partners to provide updates and resolve escalations
· Review and match purchase orders (POs) to patient orders
· Verify all order details for accuracy before processing
· Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
· Support general administrative and team tasks as needed
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Professional communication skills (phone & email)
· Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel, data entry, email)
· Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
· Healthcare, medical, or DME experience preferred (not required)
· Understanding of patient confidentiality standards preferred
