We are excited to be hiring a Director of Corporate Human Resources. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and responsibilities:

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS - All functions and responsibilities of HR, including:

  • Departmental data-driven deliverables
  • Department process development, implementation and oversight
  • Optimization of department systems
  • Vendor Management
  • Regulatory compliance and deadlines
  • Benefit Administration and Employee Program Management
  • Risk Assessments
  • Workforce Utilization
  • Employee Relations, Investigations, Disciplinary and Separation Management
  • Document Management, Oversight, and Implementation
  • HRIS oversight, Maintenance, and Compliance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prefer a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
  • Multi entity experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant Human Resources leadership experience in a senior management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulations, current practices, and applicable employment laws.
  • Proven implementation of Human Resources systems, processes and strategies such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, ATS, etc.
