Description
We are hiring a high-performing Director of Franchise Sales to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets or exceeds objectives. This individual will be responsible for driving franchise growth through strategic lead generation, candidate qualification, and successful deal execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, influencing, and closing franchise deals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for potential franchisees through various channels
- Source, qualify, and close new franchise candidates through proactive outreach and strategic networking
- Partnership with the development team to identify growth areas
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Deliver compelling brand presentations and discovery day experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, influencing, and closing franchise agreements
- Proven ability to “hunt” for qualified leads and build a high-conversion pipeline
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales and development goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined
- Relationship-builder with strong influence and persuasion abilities
