Description
- Generate leads for potential franchisees through various channels
- Manage the sales process from lead origination to close
- Work directly with domestic franchise sales leads both via phone and email daily
- Screen all applicants
- Present Franchise Disclosure Document to potential franchisees, and discuss questions and concerns
- Host Discovery Day, both virtually and in person
- Seamlessly guide the approved leads through the ownership process and the closing of the sale
- Maintain clear communication with other department heads and executive board
- Assist with the Franchise Disclosure Document renewal process
Requirements
- Prior franchise sales experience
- Prior restaurant experience
- Superb organization skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
