Advanced Dermatology, PC/MD Alliance Solutions, LLC is seeking a passionate and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help us build a talented workforce dedicated to excellence in healthcare.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to the company’s strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and candidate communication.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. (Paylocity preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
