Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the quote-to-order process of each project.
- Move orders through the internal system to gather and record project details.
- Set and manage Customer expectations.
- Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure the project is accurate and urgently distributed.
- Contact Customers to gauge the status of the project and ensure their commitment to the order.
- Strong organizational skills. Must be able to work efficiently and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Plan effectively and achieve objectives for customer needs and deadlines regularly.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
- Ensure effective and high-quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor when collaborating with customers and team members.
