Carolina Braces is looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our orthodontic practice through engaging content, strong community presence, and measurable marketing results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and in front of people—capturing real patient moments, building relationships, and turning ideas into growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) 
• Create engaging photo/video content (Reels, posts, patient stories) 
• Capture in-office content with patients and team members 
• Plan and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives 
• Support referral programs and promotional campaigns 
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and engagement 
• Track performance and continuously improve marketing efforts 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation 
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with patients 
• Comfortable shooting photos/videos in a professional setting 
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable 
• Local to Raleigh, NC 

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Dental or orthodontic experience 
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools 
• Familiarity with paid ads (Google/Facebook)
