What You'll Do

  

The Training Developer Specialist has a dual job responsibility to include The Training Developer Specialist focuses on the development of training material and serves as the primary administrator for the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).


  

Role & Responsibility


Training Development


· Assess training needs and consult with managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and employees to develop training materials and objectives.

· Create learning experiences, training courses, and job aids (such as “How To” manuals) using consistent design methods to support learner understanding.

· Lead research on new products (including electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems) and conduct benchmark testing on product capabilities.

· Manage multimedia assets by assisting with photo shoots, modifying photos via Photoshop, and maintaining a central electronic library of course materials and photos.

· Partner with third-party vendors to build materials, providing them with necessary raw data.

· Administer the training development budget and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs and instructional modes.

· Confirm and document training resources in comparison with the product.


LMS Management


· Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user provisioning, permissions, and course assignments.

· Upload, test, and maintain all e-learning courses, curricula, and digital training materials within the LMS platform.

· Maintain and update dealer data, ensuring accurate assignment and tracking of specific learning paths and certifications.

· Support the execution of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) by managing session scheduling, enrollments, and rostering within the LMS.

· Process and manage billing activities related to training courses and dealer enrollments.

· Track and generate reports on learner progression, completion rates, and assessment scores for leadership.

· Provide front-line troubleshooting and technical support for users experiencing issues with the LMS.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align the LMS catalog and structure with ongoing organizational training needs.

· Assist Other Internal Departments with Planning and Executing Training
Collaborate with Dealer and Service Training Manager and internal stake holders to assess training needs. Perform duties as required to assist with planning and implementation of training.


Job Requirement


· Strong presentation & instructional design skills.

· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.

· High level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Advanced photo manipulation skills (Photoshop) preferred.

· Experience with E-learning design required.

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

· Experience: 0-2 years.

· Travel: <40%.
