Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
· Unload items from delivery trucks, which may require lifting heavy packages and operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
· Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure the items received are in good condition and meet company standards.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems in real time.
· Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
· Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
· Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
· Work collaboratively with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification and proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate inventory software and update records accurately.
- Proficiency using RF (radio-frequency) scanners for inventory tracking.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
