Summary of Role:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. While a Project Coordinator may support specific teams, such as the waste team, others may support specific customers. The role is a combination of project administration, project coordination, customer communication, and data entry. 


SHIFT: Mon-Fri (8-9 hours/day) with some weekend support when needed.


Project Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports. 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. 
  • Maintain project files and records. 
  • Track project timelines and deadlines. 
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses. 
  • Assist with procurement and vendor management. 
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. 
  • Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. 
  • Input and update project data into relevant systems. 
  • Generate reports and presentations as needed. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: 

Minimum of 1 year experience billing; industrial, transportation, or similar experience preferred.  

High School diploma or G.E.D.
