The Forage Territory Sales Manager – West oversees and drives professional forage sales across the western United States for Barenbrug USA. This role manages the full sales function, collaborating with customers and internal teams to achieve revenue growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong, long-term business relationships within the forage industry

Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while traveling.
  • Thorough knowledge of the assigned territory, market, and client base.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard of professionalism.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience
