The Role at a Glance:

We are responsible for packing and shipping eggs to stores all over the United States. The individual working in Shipping and Receiving will be responsible for communication and support of processing areas in the facility by stocking eggs, pulling finished product to the cooler, rotating stock, load and unload trailers.

How You’ll Create Greater Impact:

In this role, you’ll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You’ll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.

• Assist in loading and unloading trailers
• Support the loader crew throughout the day with stocking of eggs
• Support the line workers and box taper crew by pulling finished product

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to obtain power equipment certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time

Work Schedule & Hours:

• Day shift position
• Monday through Friday
• Shifts up to 8 - 12 hours per day, based on operational needs
• Typical start time: 6:30 AM
• Start and end times may vary due to truck arrivals, order fulfillment, machine downtime, or production changes
• Flexibility required to adjust schedule as needed
