Job Location: Oldsmar, FL PLant


Shift:
10:00pm - 6:00am Monday - Friday | Overtime, including weekends, required as needed based on business demands


Responsibilities:

  • Inspect saws and safety guards at the start of the shift to ensure safe working condition.
     
  • Adjust saw gauges to required cut lengths as specified by customer orders.
     
  • Load extrusions onto the saw deck.
     
  • Perform quality checks according to procedures, including tolerance and squareness checks.
     
  • Monitor lubrication levels and perform light preventive maintenance.
     
  • Clear machine jams and make necessary adjustments.
     
  • Operate saws to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
     
  • Monitor equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
     
  • Produce quality parts to meet production schedules and audit parts throughout the process.
     
  • Work with supervisors and team members to maximize production capabilities.
     
  • Complete all quality documentation accurately and on time.
     
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
     
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32”.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience using protractors and calipers a plus.
  • Ability to monitor gauges, dials, and indicators for equipment performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in seasonal extreme temperature conditions (heat or cold).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
