Silverline HVAC is looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, etc.).
• Installation: Perform full system replacements and new installs with precision, ensuring all work meets local codes and company standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine tune-ups and preventative maintenance to keep our customers’ systems running efficiently.
• Customer Interaction: Clearly explain technical issues to homeowners and provide honest recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts used, work performed, and signatures via our digital dispatching system.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC service and installation.
• Certifications: EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of refrigerant circuits, electrical schematics, and airflow.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools and specialized HVAC meters/gauges.
• Soft Skills: Professional appearance, punctual, and excellent communication skills.
