Lago East Bank is looking to expand our Food Truck staff. Please apply if you enjoy an active, fun, high volume environment! Must have management experience.

• Drive a truck and trailer with a clean driving history
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, hot boxes and more. 
• Operate a generator
• Handling the end of day closeouts for all sales reports and money. 
• Oversee 2-3 other staff at a time.
• May include product pickup and drop off and cleaning of equipment and truck. 
• Hours will be mostly weekends 18-30 hours a week.
