Executive Assistant – Maintenance & Construction Division


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our President and executive team within the Maintenance & Construction division. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritize the President’s and executive team’s schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize their time and productivity.

- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.

- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow.

- Organize and facilitate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.

- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

- Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as needed to support executive decision-making.

- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations and communication.

- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents and records.

- Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks to streamline executive activities.


Preferred Qualifications: 

- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar executive support role preferred. 

- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of professionalism and discretion when supporting senior leadership.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related productivity tools.

- Ability to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of anticipating executive needs.

- Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with leadership.

- Reliable, organized, and solutions oriented.

Salary Description
$60,000 annually
