Inside & Out Maintenance is hiring a Sales Manager in Orlando, FL to drive new business in commercial cleaning and facility services.

This is a B2B outside sales role focused on:

Generating new clients

Closing recurring service contracts

Building long-term customer relationships

Compensation & Benefits

*Base salary: $60K–$75K

*Uncapped commission structure

*3% recurring commission on contracts

*5% commission on one-time services

*OTE: $90K–$130K+

*Prospect and generate new B2B clients in Orlando and surrounding areas

*Conduct on-site walkthroughs for commercial properties

*Develop proposals for janitorial and facility services

*Close new contracts and recurring service agreements

*Manage full sales cycle (prospecting ? closing ? follow-up)

*Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners

*Maintain and grow a sales pipeline

Qualifications

*3+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience

*Experience selling services (cleaning, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, or similar preferred)

*Strong closing and negotiation skills

*Ability to work independently in a field-based role

*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

*Facility services or property management industry

*Existing relationships in Orlando commercial market
