 Cristek Interconnects, LLC, a Qnnect company, is headquartered in Anaheim, CA, with divisions in Minden, NV and North Billerica, MA which specializes in contract build-to-print cable and harness assemblies for military product. Cristek is a preferred supplier to several major military and aerospace prime contractors.  GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Cross-Functional Administrator provides administrative and hands-on support across multiple departments including Shipping, Receiving, Cable Assembly Markers, and Facility Operations. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations by coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with logistical and facility-related needs. The ability to perform effectively in a manufacturing environment while meeting internal/external delivery schedules and customer requirements is critical to this position.
Requirements
  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Receiving:
  • Assist the Receiving Clerk by ensuring timely and accurate receipt of all packages received from FedEx/UPS
  • Open all packages and confirm product and quantity received against packing slip and Purchase Order
  • Assist with receiving all products in SAP and print necessary inventory labels
  • Place product either in inventory or within the kitting system
  • Assist with scanning/filing all CofC documents provided by Supplier (with Inventory labels attached)
Kitting:
  • Assist  the Stockroom Clerk in receiving incoming materials and add to kit based on Work Order from SAP
  • Communication  with Planner on materials short to kit and their arrival date
  • Accurately fill and deliver completed assembly kits to production floor on a regular  basis
  • Ensure all required paperwork is included in each kit (Work Order, Router, Drawing, Parts List, Wire List, etc.)
  • Support inventory management by updating logs, labeling, and assisting with cycle counts

Labeling:
  • Assist  the Labeling Clerk in creating or editing cable assembly labels using Brady Workstation software
  • Labels shall be sized appropriately in software so that the autocut feature size is  to drawing
  • Produce  labels for every assembly based on Work Order, Parts List, Router, and  customer drawing
  • Review label for accuracy or confirm marker requirement from other Operator (2nd check)
  • Document  quantity and lot # used for each material, initial and date on Work Order and complete Router Operation for this task. Include labels in Production kit
  • Produce additional/replacement labels as required by Production Operators

Shipping:
  • Assist  Shipping Clerk with all tasks for each kit on the Shipping rack each day
  • Ensure all materials documented on the Work Order and issued in SAP. Close out Work Order
  • Select applicable Sales Order line item in SAP and produce Packing Slip for each assembly to be shipped
  • Ensure  that all required paperwork and signatures are obtained prior to shipment
  • Perform a visual inspection of assembly being shipped and communicate all issues to Quality Inspector 
  • Carefully  package the assembly in accordance with the customer’s requirements and shipping supplies
  • Ensure all required documentation is included in shipment
  • Prepare various shipping methods (UPS/FEDEX) and coordinate pick-ups
  • Communicate with General Manager regarding daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery

Facilities:

  • Assist the Operations Coordinator with a myriad of facility maintenance requests and schedule repairs
  • Monitor Office, Lunchroom, and Production supply levels and submit list to Buyer for reorder as needed
  • Maintain organized records for Preventive Maintenance & Calibration compliance and ensure all tools and equipment hold current certification dates at all times
  • Communicate cross-departmentally to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines
  • Support health and safety compliance by assisting with incident reports and inspections
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and reporting as needed

Compliance & Safety: 

Requires adherence to safety protocols when handling cable and harnesses, materials, tooling, equipment, etc. Maintain clean and organized work areas 

     

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  •  Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in cable and wire harness Shipping/Receiving/Facilities
  •  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

     

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  •  High school diploma or equivalent 


  Work Environment:

  • Must  be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All  applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card  Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking/understanding English
  • Must be able to pass Visual Acuity requirements (color, depth perception and field of vision)
  • Must be able to pass Manual Dexterity requirements (handling small parts effectively)
  • Must be able to use and understand how to read measuring devices (ruler, tape measure, caliper, etc.)
  • Must possess sufficient hand and upper body strength and gross motor skills to route cable bundles of various sizes, lengths and weights (cable assemblies regularly weigh more than 5 lbs. and some exceed several hundred lbs. and need to be moved around on large wooden spools).
  • Must be able to stand and walk around for sustained periods of time (1-3 hours at a time).
  • Must follow strong safety standards.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and SAP a plus but not required
