Description

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics & Strategy to partner directly with the CRO and operating company leadership to drive revenue growth, sales performance, and data-driven decision-making across a multi-location roofing platform.


This is a hands-on leadership role where you will analyze data, identify revenue opportunities, and influence strategy across lead generation, sales funnel performance, and conversion optimization.

Requirements

 

Revenue Analytics & Performance Visibility

  • Own enterprise-wide visibility into revenue performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics 
  • Define and standardize core revenue KPIs across operating companies 
  • Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership to drive business decisions 

Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to increase qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue 
  • Analyze performance across markets, channels, and sales teams 
  • Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to improve outcomes 
  • Scale best practices across operating companies 

Sales Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze full funnel performance: lead ? inspection ? estimate ? close 
  • Identify bottlenecks impacting conversion, cycle time, and backlog 
  • Evaluate sales activity effectiveness and performance trends 

Data Integration & Analysis (Hands-On)

  • Work across CRM, marketing, and operational systems to synthesize data 
  • Build a cohesive, accurate view of revenue performance 
  • Improve data consistency in a growing, evolving data environment 

Executive Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, General Managers, and Sales Leaders 
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations 
  • Influence revenue strategy, operating cadence, and performance management

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or Business Strategy 
  • Experience in multi-location or field-based service environments (construction, home services, etc. preferred) 
  • Proven track record of improving pipeline, conversion, or revenue performance 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field 
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus 

Skills

  • Advanced ability to translate data into business insights and strategy 
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and revenue drivers 
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Advanced SQL 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM 
  • Experience with BI tools (ex., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) 
  • Familiarity with data warehouses (ex., Snowflake)
