Description
We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Laser Operator to operate and set up Mitsubishi Fiber Laser machines, including:
- Mitsubishi Fiber Laser ML3015GX-F40
- Mitsubishi Fiber Laser ML3015GX-F80
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Mitsubishi fiber laser machines
- Load programs, adjust parameters, and verify first piece quality
- Monitor machine performance during production runs
- Troubleshoot machine, material, and quality issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job routers
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Monday thru Friday,Saturdays as needed
- Hours 4:30PM to 1:00AM
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting machines
- Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Knowledge of different materials (steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.)
- Ability to work independently on second shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automated load/unload systems
