As a Landscape Team Member, you will contribute to successfully completing various landscaping projects, working alongside a skilled team. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and a desire to be part of creating beautiful outdoor spaces.  

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials. 
• Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. 
• Install sod and other groundcovers. 
• Spread mulch, rock, and gravel. 
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently. 
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
• Follow safety protocols and procedures. 
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment. 
• Workday starts at 7:00 AM  

Experience and Skills required: 

• Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping or related fields. 
• Working knowledge of common plants, shrubs, and trees. 
• Experience with mowing, edging, and trimming. 
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed. 
• Strong work ethics and a positive attitude. 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
• Physically fit and able to perform moderately strenuous tasks. 

Physical Demands with or without accommodations are not limited to: 

• Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sun). 
• Physically demanding work involving lifting, bending, carrying, and operating equipment. 
• Working hours may vary depending on project schedules and seasonal demands.

Driver Responsibilities: 

• This position does not typically involve driving. However, a valid driver's license may be a plus if a driver is needed.  

Compensation:

• Paid training at $17.00 per hour
• After training, compensation transitions to 20% production-based pay
