About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to lead our Health & Wellness team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. As the Health and Wellness Director, you’ll oversee clinical operations, provide ongoing health monitoring, and supervise caregivers and medication staff to ensure compliance, safety, and quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Monitor resident health status and implement appropriate care interventions
- Supervise and support Caregivers and Medication Aides to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident wellness
- Play a key role in resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluations
- Support a positive, person-centered care environment

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- RN or LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive nurse management experience in Assisted Living
- Experience working with dementia and Alzheimer’s residents required
- Background in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Multi-level care facilities preferred
