4M Dental Implant Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, patient-focused Bilingual Dental Front Desk to join our team at our new state-of-the-art practice in Sacramento. The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered experience. This position performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions to support the daily operations of the practice, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient office operations while delivering exceptional service throughout the patient's treatment journey.

Patient Experience
- Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns while providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
Scheduling and Administrative Support
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to maximize provider productivity and practice efficiency.
- Maintain provider schedules, including managing appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and electronic communications promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily schedules and ensure patient records and documentation are complete prior to appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information within the practice management system.
Financial Responsibilities
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits as required.
- Collect patient payments, post transactions, and balance daily receipts in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and coordinate with the appropriate department regarding financial questions.
- Process required patient forms and documentation.
Practice Operations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate communication between providers, clinical staff, treatment coordinators, and patients.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, projects, and other duties as assigned.
- Support practice initiatives and operational goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Team & Office Support:
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered, and team-oriented work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the practice.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – Preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (implant or specialty experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
