What You’ll Love About This Role:

  • Competitive pay with monthly commission potential 
  • Commission Structure: $100 per lease/renewal over 6 months; $50 per lease/renewal under 6 months

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone 
  • Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads 
  • Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready 
  • Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings 
  • Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files 
  • Participate in resident events and community engagement 
  • Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment 
  • Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards 
Requirements


What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of prior multi-family leasing experience 
  • Prior Class A/Luxury leasing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy 
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings 
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws 
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people 


Additional Details:

  • High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience) 
  • Work is performed in a professional office environment
