What You’ll Do
- Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts
- Fabricate and modify duct systems as needed in the field
- Install and braze refrigerant piping
- Run and terminate low-voltage wiring and equipment connections
- Start up, charge, and test HVAC systems
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Experience with commercial HVAC installation
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
- Proficient with HVAC tools and equipment
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC installation
- OSHA 10 certification
- Sheet metal experience
- Experience leading apprentices or small crews
- Knowledge of chilled water (CHW) and hot water (HW) systems

Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Willing to travel overnight when required
- Must maintain a professional appearance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to work overhead on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying job site conditions (heat, cold, tight spaces, etc.)
