Working with Ferrari means representing one of the world’s most powerful brands, built on engineering excellence, innovation, and prestige at the highest level. We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Director to join our team at Ferrari of Dallas Texas. This role is integral to the dealership and will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing brand presence, coordinating events, overseeing budgets, and supporting community relations efforts while maintaining Ferrari’s standards. Additionally, Maserati is a secondary brand within the dealership that will require marketing management, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, coordinate, and deliver exclusive marketing and client-facing events that align with dealership and the brand expectations
· Handle all aspects of event logistics, including budgets, invitations, attendee tracking, results reporting, and post-event follow-up communications
· Maintain the dealership’s presence across key social media platforms, including coordinating content posting and measurement
· Conceptualize and work with internal creative team to produce assets for promotional use across digital channels and print materials
· Digital marketing: monitor, measure and make recommendations including ensuring website content is updated, digital advertising is targeted, and ongoing email marketing is effective
· Monitor project timelines to ensure initiatives are completed accurately, on schedule, and to brand specifications
· Coordinate manufacturer-supported marketing initiatives and ensure all requirements and guidelines are met
· Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) marketing initiatives, including campaign support and data integrity
· Maintain and update Ferrari-related customer and marketing data within Modis and other internal systems
· Partner with sales leadership to communicate upcoming promotions, campaigns, and event objectives
· Serve as a point of contact for select client interactions related to marketing programs and dealership events
· Track marketing expenditures, reconcile budgets, and support cost-control efforts
· Liaise with internal departments and approved third-party vendors to support campaign execution
· Thoroughly understand the brand DNA, each model, motorsports programs and how to grow sales on a monthly and seasonal basis.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR 6+ years of relevant industry experience
• Premium/Exotic luxury automotive industry experience preferred
