We are currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) based in New York to support an occupational medicine program work location will be South Brooklyn Marine Terminal. This role will focus primarily on the evaluation and management of work-related injuries and may involve ongoing care for established patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a long-term client in a growing occupational health setting. Additional details regarding schedule, patient volume, and specific responsibilities will be provided as they become available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries 
• Provide follow-up care and case management as needed 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation 
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams 
• Support occupational health and return-to-work initiatives 

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of New York 
• Must reside in New York 
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or related field preferred 
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
