The Turf Territory Sales Manager - Southern is responsible for overseeing all sales activities within the Southern United States and managing the full sales function within the professional turf sector at Barenbrug USA. This position works closely with both external customers and internal departments to drive revenue growth, deliver superior customer experience, and build lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about the industry, brings a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrates the ability to develop and sustain strong client partnerships.

- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while traveling.
- Thorough knowledge of the assigned territory, market, and client base.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of professionalism.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience
