What You'll Do
- Prospect and build a pipeline of broker partners
- Execute outbound sales through phone, email, and marketing
- Manage pipeline and performance metrics
- Support brokers with product knowledge, process, and technology
- Deliver virtual presentations on Cardinal's platform and value proposition
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure execution excellence
- Maintain CRM activity and data accuracy
- Provide world-class follow-up and relationship management
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience (mortgage experience a plus)
- 1+ year of mortgage experience
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
- High activity level and resilience in a sales environment
- Competitive mindset and desire to win
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
- Base: approximately $36,000 + commission
