Description
- Answer and direct incoming phone and email inquiries through Zendesk.
- Track and manage all consumer feedback through Zendesk and Sprout Social.
- Generate weekly, monthly and yearly reports on consumer feedback.
- Escalate urgent feedback to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
- Manage and optimize customer service tools (phone, Zendesk, etc.)
- Mail coupons to consumers on a weekly basis.
- Help with brand ambassador offsite events as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster positive relationships with consumers.
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Outlook.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Energetic and personable individual with a genuine passion for connecting with people.
- Reliable transportation.
Salary Description
Starting Rate $20.00/hour
