What You’ll Do
- Engage customers with confidence and guide them through the full vehicle purchase process
- Present vehicles with authority, clearly communicating value, features, and financing options
- Own your pipeline by following up with leads, making outbound calls, and generating new opportunities
- Deliver exceptional showroom experiences that reflect professionalism and energy
- Track all customer interactions, test drives, and deals to maintain a strong organization and follow-through
- Work with a high-performing sales team focused on exceeding individual and dealership sales goals
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-driven professionals with a strong ability to connect with customers and close deals
- Retail or commission sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning and product knowledge
- Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Salesperson License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
