Job Description:

Naples Lakes Country Club is a Private, member owned, facility with 18 holes of championship golf. We do about 50,000 rounds annually, with just over half coming “in season” (January – April).

Naples Lakes is looking to fill a Golf Shop Staff position, working 20-30 per week. Some flexibility on days but weekends are ideal. Customer service and professionalism are our highest priorities. We have a fantastic membership that makes working here an enjoyable experience.

• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection;  control and manage play
• Assist with all opening and closing procedures
• Assist in managing facility tournament operations including weekly events
• Provide club repair to customers
• Assist in the inventory control of hard goods, soft goods, and special orders including: ordering procedures, receiving      procedures, display, and sales
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
• Assist in coordinating golf activities with other      departments

Scheduling – Weekends are preferred, up to 30 hours per week.

  Credentials:

• PGA Associate or Member not required but encouraged
• Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a Golf Shop
• Must bring positive energy and professional approach      on a daily basis
• Must have strong organizational skills and the      ability to multi-task

Comprehensive knowledge or the willingness to learn various Golf Club applications such as: Golf Genius, Chelsea Tee Time System, Jonas POS, and GHIN.
