Wedding and Event Sales Manager

Westmount Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wedding & Event Sales Manager to join our team. As one of New Jersey’s premier luxury wedding venues, we are looking for a motivated professional who can deliver exceptional client experiences while driving revenue through successful event sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours for prospective clients and showcase the venue 
  • Sell weddings, social events, and corporate functions 
  • Respond to inquiries and manage leads in a timely and professional manner 
  • Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and planning process 
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) 
  • Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution 
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, bookings, and client communications 
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in weddings, hospitality, or event venues preferred 
  • Strong closing skills and ability to convert inquiries into bookings 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude 
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for appointments and events
