Westmount Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wedding & Event Sales Manager to join our team. As one of New Jersey’s premier luxury wedding venues, we are looking for a motivated professional who can deliver exceptional client experiences while driving revenue through successful event sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours for prospective clients and showcase the venue
- Sell weddings, social events, and corporate functions
- Respond to inquiries and manage leads in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and planning process
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, bookings, and client communications
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in weddings, hospitality, or event venues preferred
- Strong closing skills and ability to convert inquiries into bookings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for appointments and events
