About This Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional weekends)
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP

- Client Interview Required
Responsibilities
- Receiving: Inspect/verify incoming shipments against POs; unload trucks; report damages; enter goods into inventory system.
- Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare orders; generate labels; coordinate with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL/Freight carriers.
- Systems: Maintain shipping logs and use WMS (Warehouse Management System) for tracking.
- Safety: Operate equipment safely; must be certified on light-duty forklifts (Sit-down) and Pallet Jacks.
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with inventory or WMS systems is a plus
- Forklift (sit-down) and pallet jack experience required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
