Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent curb appeal by daily maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds
- Perform daily inspection of property grounds to identify areas for improvement
- Clean common areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, amenities, and model unit(s) daily or as directed by supervisor
- Ensure vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist with light maintenance duties, work orders, and unit turns
- Ensure all property equipment is in working condition
- Understand the overall layout of the property including equipment locations, pet areas, and pool/spa
- Inspect the property; pick up trash and debris
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance or housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of and skill in the safe use of cleaning chemicals, including those requiring pre-mixing
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. for trash removal and cleaning equipment purposes; able to kneel, crouch, climb, and crawl
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
