We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the trusted connection between our customers and our internal teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting order management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are complete and correct
  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and product information
  • Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
  • Proactively identify potential order or delivery issues and work quickly toward resolutions
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP/CRM systems
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and customer experience opportunities
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset at all times
Requirements

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Salary Description
$70,304 - $73,000
