Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures all cleanliness and time requirement standards established for cleaning guestrooms and other areas of the hotel including the lobby, breakfast, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators and patio are met
- Records room inspection results
- Develops and trains team members of the housekeeping department
- Provides exceptional guest service and responds promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Reports room status and maintenance problems promptly
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
